Our current portfolio contains investments that are high in value and low in complexity. Glenrock International has a mature view of the German market in particular, and extensive local contacts. We seek out investments where the Glenrock Internationl skill set and available value-add align.

Glenrock International operates in multiple European jurisdictions and has recently expanded into the USA.

Glen Anil also sources other properties where value-add opportunities are available in any of the following areas: low-cost residential housing (including development); high-value residential housing (including development); retail space letting.

A significant part of the South African portfolio focuses on extracting value from gas station properties across the country through a unique approach to restructuring. The local business also involves engaging third party investors, structuring the investment, implementing, monitoring and reporting to investors.
